Every month I have an appointment for med refills and general checkup. I was really sick this past year and the care and concern was genuine. I am now feeling better and blessed to have had great care.

This office visit was HORRIBLE! When a patient goes to appointments and express how they are feeling, the patient knows their body more the anyone. I let provider know a symptom I was feeling, and automatically the answer is anxiety/depression. After expressing that it has nothing to do with the anxiety/depression. I was told I need to stop manipulating my medical history cause I know how to do that. I expressed again I felt it was something else. Was told no that I had to answer the suicidal questions. Now I have that on medical record for said visit. I honestly feel gaslighted, feel embarrassed, and feel is a waste of time and money now my insurance is going to be charged the max visit , for something that shouldn't have been assumed. No wonder patients don't want to attend their doctors visits. I'm very disappointed.
