Denise was stellar and deserves recognition. My daughter had literally not been to the doctor in a few years and was nervous and teary-eyed. Denise recognized my daughter's anxiety and responded perfectly. She talked to my daughter instead of me, said every little move she was going to do before she did it, and got my daughter's permission before she touched her. She was gentle and sensitive. Denise is awesome!
