Courtney Cravens is a better PCP than the last 5 doctor's I've had at Adventist Health.

Courtney was very professional and very efficient

Courtney made me feel like my time was important and she went out of her way to explain everything to me. When we discussed my concerns about starting a new medication she listened and allowed me to make decisions that I wanted to make as apposed to some that she offered. She might not agree with me but she allows me to make my own decisions about my health and I agree to come back and follow her suggestions if mine don't work. I feel like we truly have a relationship in managing my health.

I would like to see more communication that isn't worst case scenario, as placebo effects have been shown to be powerful. I also note she is not addressing the long covid I am struggling with, but instead seems singularly focused on the symptoms rather than the issue of long covid itself.
