Claudia Valeria Canturin, FNP

Claudia Canturin is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the newest member of our robust primary care team. She is originally from San Francisco and is fluent in Spanish. Having received her formal training at UC Davis, Claudia enjoys having a career that is focused on helping and serving others, especially in patient's most vulnerable times.
With previous experience in acute care nursing, Claudia loves being able to use science and evidence-based practices to help guide patients towards healthier lifestyle choices. She treats conditions including hypertension, diabetes, musculoskeletal pain and hyperlipidemia during her patient’s preventative care, wellness checks, physicals, or in health counseling.
Claudia knows that a personal bond is what helps her patients grow in health; she looks forward to getting to know each patient personally and treating them with care and respect. When she is not helping patients, you can find her enjoying time with family and friends.
