Claudia Smith ( visiting practitioner) was friendly, understanding of my concerns ,Attentive & genuinely helpful in getting me on track with my note-list of health issues.It was a great 2/way exchange of information & she showed regard for my issues.

She was very blunt. I asked for a dermatology referral and she asked me why. Really? I have age spots, family history with skin cancer. Then proceeded to talk as a recording for my records. Made it sound like I was demanding. Said I have a problem with my back, said it wasn't her problem that I would have to make another appointment for just that. Not even a - let's get that started. Extremely disappointing. I will NOT be seeing her again. Just before leaving said, and you need to lose weight. Snarky.

Claudia did a wonderful job of filling in for my PCP, and things did not fall through the cracks. Claudia was very thorough, knowledgeable, she listened thoughtfully and was respectful about my concers. She will be missed in the medical field once she retires.
