I have hearing impairment and it felt like Dr Meier was irritated that I needed him to speak up and speak with clarity. Easier to not have a conversation than to accommodate my needs. Does no good to have a conversation if I can't hear it. I am hard of hearing, not stupid.

First visit with Karl Meier, he listened and asked good questions and wasn't rushed. I felt valued.

Excellent listener and kind thoughtful responses to my questions. Issues were thoroughly discussed. Given time to reflect on possible issues regarding prognosis.

He was nice. But I felt like he was more of a Google search engine that could write prescriptions vs someone who was helping me understand what was going on. And how we could work together to solve the issues.

I like Dr. Meier but I had to prompt him by asking questions to get the information I needed. He's a good listener but doesn't say much. I had to ask what I need to do until the referral to the ortho came through. He never touched my knee or looked it. I had to ask him what to do.

Did not access my injury, only provided doctor note and possible physical therapy. Did not ask many questions, only repeated what I said I know about treating my injury.

Dr Meier is a wonderful listener. This is a lost skill among many healthcare providers. More often than not providers will listen for a short span, then look for a quick out in the conversation after addressing the initial issue. Dr Meier is wonderful at listening and addressing each aspect of my concerns at my visits. He's organized and clearly explained the course of action for each issue step by step.

The doctor felt creepy and very fidgety. Spoke really quiet and was hard to hear. He really weirded me out.
