Several informative discussions during different appointments regarding choice of meds to address PBH symtoms were meaninful. Appreciate the personal attention to detail Including suggestion to schedue follow up diagnostic tests as necessary (i.e. Uro-flow) to determine effeictiveness and adjusting dosage.

Again, I found the NP to be excellent in her ability to attend, to accept feedback and to process information professionally. As a psychologist myself I was most impressed with the NP's skills.

Barbara Feldhaus called right on schedule after a call from the office as a prep for the appointment. Barbara was very personable and professional. She anwered all my questions and explained the plan for additional testing very clearly. Even though I had not met her we had a very possiitive conversation. I have no doubt I am being well taken care of.

Barbra Feldhaus was very well prepared for my visit, telling that I had lost 30 lbs. And explained the process to get approved for the procedure I need.

Problem I've had over a year. She never followed through with test other than telling me I didn't have UTI even though I told her of the persistence of pain. This visit was strictly for a pre op.
