Artin Mahmoudi, MD

Dr. Artin Mahmoudi is a board-certified pulmonologist and critical care specialist who cares for adults ages 18-65 and older. He brings over 30 years of experience as physician to our community.

He earned his medical degree from University of California at Los Angeles, CA. He completed his residency in internal medicine and combined fellowships in pulmonology and critical care at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, CO.

Born and raised in Iran, Dr. Mahmoudi was inspired to pursue a career in medicine having instilled in him at an early age the belief one’s goal in life is to be of service to others. He chose to specialize in pulmonology and critical care, knowing the great need and the opportunity to care for the sickest of the sick. Today, he finds fulfillment in being able to support patients in their greatest need.

Prior to coming to Ukiah Valley, he spent 12 years caring for patients in Sonora, CA. He chose Ukiah Valley for the small town feel and the ability to get to know the community and build relationships with the people he cares for.

When time allows, Dr. Mahmoudi enjoys spending time on his hobbies – playing the piano, travelling, cooking, hiking and spending time outdoors.
