Annie Michele Fagundes, NP

Annie Fagundes, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. She brings more than a decade of experience as a nurse practitioner and 18 years as a registered nurse to her practice. Annie treats mental health concerns in adults of all ages and is currently working on her Doctorate of Nursing in Psychiatric Mental Health.

Annie is also a veteran of the United States Army and Air Force. She notes that serving in the military and growing up in a rural region with limited access to medical care inspired her to pursue a career in medicine. Annie cites her faith as the foundation of her life. She aims to be a gateway to wellness, helping her patients find hope, strength, and healing.

Originally from Atwater, California, Annie is a devoted Catholic and Division 1 athlete. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her pets.
