Family medicine physician Andrew Bitney, DO, provides comprehensive, holistic care for all ages, from infants to older adults. He finds fulfillment not only in treating physical ailments, but in nurturing patients as they navigate milestones and vulnerable moments. “It’s a privilege to walk alongside families through their joys and struggles, offering support and guidance at every stage of life,” he shares.
Driven by a desire to ease suffering and make a tangible difference in people’s health and well-being, Dr. Bitney earned his medical degree at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. He then completed his residency at Mountain Vista Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. “The opportunity to merge scientific knowledge with compassionate care fuels my dedication to the noble profession of medicine,” he says. “Being a family physician allows me to forge long-lasting relationships with patients, understanding not just their medical needs, but also their fears, hopes and aspirations.”
When Dr. Bitney has free time, he enjoys spending it exercising, cooking, camping, watching movies and hanging out with his silver lab puppy, Leroy.

Dr Bitney is very mindful of all my concerns. He offers solutions and takes my opinions seriously while informing me of my choices to remedy my problems. He is the best Dr I've had in all my years. He is a great listener and really helps me navigate my health issues. I really appreciate him.

I love Dr. Britney. He is thorough, spends a perfect amount of time for any questions I have and explains things concisely and clearly . However, it has been 2 weeks since my appointment and I still haven't gotten any information about stress test, prescription renewal, foot X-ray. I finally refilled my prescription at y local pharmacy, not mail-order as requested. Still no response to foot X-ray nor stress test.

I think Dr Bitney is burned out on being my PCP maybe anyones and I'm not exuberant enough to help him along nor codependent I'm not paid to listen to these peoples problems they are mine yet do not almost ever I even have an infection he spaced ordering Rx abx for

He goes above and beyond. He called me to discuss test results before refilling a prescription. I really appreciated this. Usually I have to wait for a Dr visit or ask in a message. Getting to explain how I felt was really nice.
