Andrea Van Beek, DNP, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, CACP, is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an adult and gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. She is also certified by the National Certification Board for Anticoagulation Providers as a Certified Anticoagulation Care Provider.
Specializing in anticoagulation and thrombosis care, Van Beek has more than a decade in healthcare and is highly skilled in her field. She is able to manage anticoagulant care for conditions such as deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, atrial fibrillation, heart valve replacement and arterial thrombosis. She strives to provide comprehensive, evidence-based and patient centered care to ensure safety and excellent patient outcomes.
Van Beek is devoted to her career and considers anticoagulation to be a hobby as well as a vocation. She serves on the board of directors for 2 national anticoagulation organizations: The Anticoagulation Forum, and the National Certification Board for Anticoagulation Providers.
