Little hard to understand

Dr Ambika who has been my Primary care physician for over 7 years did not even know my medical history and when asked about the medication she prescribed for my arthritis she asked me if I was seeing a specialist and how prescribed the medication for me. I had to tell her she did. She did not come prepared and blamed her lack of knowledge on "the computer system" she had to work with. I was hurt and most offended.

Dr. Softa I like because she likes to make sure we finish the treatments. And that we take all the exams in their time.

Dr. Ambika is a great Dr and I consider her as a friend. I have already recommended her to my family and some of them have become her patients.

Doctor Softa (female doctor) did not come prepared or read the notes regarding the patient before she came to the room. She needs to listen to the patient more. I brought my vaccination record and medication list as requested since I am new to Adventist. She would ask me questions about the information I already provided. She said that she will require me to do bloodwork and that I should continue on taking my medications from my previous doctor. She did not check my lungs, my lymph nodes, etc. I don't know why she concluded in her report that I have vitamin deficiency, bone loss, amongst others when it was our first time to meet and have not done the bone density test and the bloodwork yet. I think she is overworked, tired, and need to work on her people skills.

When I have concerns they are always addressed.

She listened intently and allowed me to express my concerns and very politely and professionally addressed them.

I literally just recommended my doctor to a friend.

She is caring and understands patients needs.

Dr. Ambika makes sure I have all my tests and vaccinations. Or if I need a specialist she provides it.

Dr Softa is a very fine doctor she listens and does not interrupt me when I'm telling her about my aches and pains

All questions and concerns are always addressed, and I have already referred patients to Dr. Ambika, she now sees my husband and daughter.

I respect her

Provider did not listen to me. I was asking questions about my health and she told me not to ask questions when she was typing her notes. She seemed very bothered and upset not willing to listen to my concerns or questions

Doctor discredited my statements and symptoms and put me down at every appointment. I had to fight for referrals and for medications. She ordered images that she refused to look at. Then, when another provider ordered images and found something, she credited the findings to "my positioning." She is very apathetic. She broke my spirit.
