Biografía
Dr. Alicia Teferi is a board-certified general surgeon who brings specialized knowledge and experience related to the diagnosis, preoperative, operative, and postoperative management of patients who may require elective or emergency surgical treatment. She is intentional about helping her patients to recover and live meaningful lives.
Dr. Teferi’s expertise in surgical procedures encompasses gallbladder disease, abdominal and inguinal hernias, anorectal fistulas and abscesses, breast disease and bowel obstructions. She provides advanced surgical techniques for gall bladder removal, appendectomies, diverticular disease, hemorrhoids, colon resection and endoscopies.
She has been an active participant with numerous organizations and committees, providing insights for innovations and community service.
