After a loved one faced terminal cancer, Alexis decided to pursue medicine to help people by becoming a trustworthy healthcare resource. Previously she provided behavioral therapy to children with autism, and that further inspired her to provide a sensory-friendly environment for patients and families.

“I want to make seeking medical care as accessible and stress-free as possible,” she shares.

Born and raised in Lansing, Michigan, Alexis seeks fun and relaxation through nature photography, hiking, and camping. She also enjoys baking, watching sports, weightlifting, and putting puzzles together.
