Dr. Bankhead was very knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain what Dr. had performed on my knee surgery. I had got pictures from the day of surgery but had no idea what I was looking at. Also, in the hospital departure papers it didn't explain what was performed so I was left wondering what exact procedure was done on my knee. Dr. Bankhead took the time to actually explain it to me at my post op appointment.
