Aaron Morley Hicks, MD

Aaron M. Hicks, M.D., is a board-certified radiation oncologist with Adventist Health Portland. Dr. Hicks incorporates a wide range of state-of-the-art technologies and an evidenced-based approach to care for his patients. He recognizes that each patient is unique and therefore requires an individualized treatment plan.
Dr. Hicks graduated from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Denver, Colorado, and subsequently completed his residency at SUNY Upstate in Syracuse, New York.
As a native of the Portland area, Dr. Hicks is delighted to practice in the Northwest while also having the opportunity to raise a family in his beloved hometown. He and his wife, Kathleen, are proud parents of two daughters, Keira and Ava, who were born in 2009 and 2011.
While much of Dr. Hicks’ free time is devoted to raising his young family, both he and Kathleen enjoy competing in triathlon and running events, hiking, skiing, and spending time relaxing on the Oregon coast. Dr. Hicks is also an avid Oregon sports fan and can often be found cheering on the Blazers, Ducks, and Timbers.
